Standard shortcuts: use Ctrl+PageUp/PageDown for prev/next tab.
Summary:
This is what other webbrowsers like Firefox and Chrome do,
and is certainly much more international than Ctrl+Comma/Ctrl+Dot which
is very qwerty centric.
