-don't put LINK_DIRECTORIES() into the installed KDELibsDependencies.cmake file,
instead enable the compatibility option CMAKE_LINK_OLD_PATHS, which should
catch all problems (and not only the expected ones)
-give an error message if an old cmake cvs without SET_PROPERTY() is used
-remove check for installed dbusxml2cpp, this was still from the KDE4 core meeting in Trysil
when dbus was very new in Qt
