-apply patch from Andreas Beckermann
-rename KDE3_CREATE_LIBTOOL_FILE to KDE3_INSTALL_LIBTOOL_FILE
-require cmake 2.3.3: http://www.cmake.org/files/v2.3/cmake-2.3.3-20060210.tar.gz
-use GET_FILENAME_COMPONENT(...ABSOLUTE )
-the Macro*.cmake files are now required too
