-modify RPATH behaviour for libraries so that they work as expected (...although it might not be correct expectations...)
this changed with cmake 2.4.3, where INSTALL_RPATH_USE_LINK_PATH was introduced
-add docs for BIN_INSTALL_DIR and SBIN_INSTALL_DIR
