Use -Wno-gnu-zero-variadic-macro-arguments more
Summary:
Add it to KDECompilerSettings.cmake instead of
KDEFrameworkCompilerSettings.cmake.
Users can then just enable -pedantic without worrying about the
gnu-zero-variadic-macro-arguments warning.
This fixes some warnings in e.g. kdenlive
